MARSEILLES STRIKE
TENTATIVE SETTLEMENT. MARSEILLES, Thursday. The Marseilles shipping strike has been tentatively settled, and an agreement is being prepared. Colonel de la Rocque, leader of the Croix de Feu, is forming a new French Social Party, in which he declares he has already enrolled eight members of Parliament.
