WANGANUI MEETING. WANGANUI, Tuesday. The Wanganui Jockey Club’s Winter meeting concluded in glorious weather. The totalisator handled £20,634 10s as compared with £12,307 10s on the 'second! day last year, when the meeting was held in May. An inquiry was held after the Purua* Hack Handicap and as a result the committee suspended H. Maria, apprentice rider of Triune for one month for careless riding, resulting in interference with Bantry near the three furlong post. Results: — Purua Hack Handicap, 6f.: 8, Middle (H. N.
