DRASTIC PLANS. (Received Friday, 9.45 a.m.) PARIS, Thursday. M. Le Brun has signed a series of decrees dissolving a number of semi-Fas-cist organisations, including the Croix de Feu and Jeunesses Patrites. Cabinet approved of a Bill to establish a national wheat office to control the market, also a project modifying the statutes that control the Bank of France, but the plans for nationalisation of armaments may be delayed. The Reform Bank of. France supplants the existing control with a Regency Council, whereon there will be representatives of employers, trades unions and the Confederation of Labour.
