THE VACANT SEAT. THREE NOMINATIONS RECEIVED. Three candidates have so far handed in their nomination papers for the extraordinary vacancy on the Masterton Borough Council caused by the resignation of Cr. E. R. Rogers. The latest nomination received is that of F. A. Lambourn, nominated by Messrs C. E. Gray and 11. M. Boddington. Those previously announced as candidates are Messrs N. T. B. IV. Beetham, C. 11. Anderson and C. B. MeClymont. Nominations will close on 2nd August and the poll will be held on 13th August.
