THEFT OF MONEY
ACCOUNTANT PLEADS GUILTY CHRISTCHURCH. Friday. Henry Frederick George Cox, for Hi years accountant to the firm of Messrs J. .T. Niven and Co., Ltd., pleaded guilty in the Magistrate’s Court today to the theft of £557/1/2, the property of the firm. It was alleged that the misappropriations had taken place fiom November last year till .Tune this year. The accused was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. —(P.A.)
