MASTERTON TRUST LAUDS TRUSTEES. LOCAL BILL. "VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of THE MASTERTON TRUST LANDS TRUSTEES to introduce in the next Session of Parliament THE MASTERTON TRUST LANDS AMENDMENT BILL. The objects that the Bill is intended to effect are to amend the Masterton Trust Lands Act, 1889, so as to authorise the Trustees — (a) To set aside, out of revenue from Masterton, Town Acres 42, 106 and 111, moneys to form a fund for the repair, replacement or improvement of buildings or appliances appertaining to the said Town Acres, or the acquisition or erection of additional like buildings or appliances. (b) To set aside, out of their general revenue, moneys to form a fund for the repair, replacement or improvement of buildings or appliances appertaining to their general lands, or the acquisition or erection of additional like buildings or appliances. (c) To invest moneys included in any fund so formed. (d) To* grant easements in respect of lands of the Trustees. (e) To expend up to £SO in any financial year for purposes not authorised by the Masterton Trust Lands Act, 1889. Copies of the Bill have been deposited in the Magistrate’s Court, Masterton, and at the office of the Masterton Trust Lands Trustees, Queen Street, Masterton, where the same are, without fee, open to public inspection during office hours for a period of three complete weeks from the 20th day of July, 1935, being the date of the first publication of this notice.
