ADVERSE BALANCE. IMPROVED POSITION. (Received Friday, 11.50 a.m.) BERLlN,'Thursday.. Germany’s adverse trade balance in February was about £5,000,000, compared with about £9,000,000 in January. The improvement was mainly due to a vigorous cut in imports.
