Reliable authorities are of opinion that a change will be made after the Jubilee celebrations. This means after July. ■ , Some believe, that Mr Macdonald will then relinquish the Premiership in favour of an office not involving departmental duties. Others are of opinion that Mr MacDonald will surrender office to Mr Baldwin earlier, in which case few other changes may occur. Obviously the deciding factor will bo the state.of Mr MacDonald’s health. Lord Horder, . his physician, has twice visited him this week.
