FIRST STREAMLINED VEHICLE,

The first streamlined fire engine, containing in one machine a 600-gallons fire pump, a 40ft. extension ladder, hook ladders, oxygen breathing apparatus, and means for laying hose quickly to a fire, has been delivered to the London Fire Brigade. The new fire engine is so designed as to protect men against the weather when travelling, to fires.—(British Wireless.)
