SYDNEY SALES.
SYDNEY, Wednesday,
At the wool sales to-day, 12,136 bales were offered, 10,77 S being sold at auction; also 1124 privately. There was strong competition from Yorkshire, Japan, France and Gfrriaspy, with limited support from Italy, the United States and Australian mills. The market was unchanged. Greasy Merino brought to 17rTd for five bales.
