NEW NAZI CALENDAR
FOR THE GERMAN FARMER CATHOLICS INCENSED. Press Association Electric Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, Monday. The Minister of Agriculture, Herr Darre, has published a new calendar “for every German farmer.” Roman Catholics arc incensed, and regard it as the crowning Nazi insult. It omits all names of saints’ days, and explains holidays to be incidents in German history. For example, Good Friday is in memory of 4500 Saxons murdered by Charlemagne the Butcher. Easter is the Easter Feast of the Sunrise, Assumption Day Thor's descent after the Hammer, Ash Wednesday Ash Wotan’s Day, 25th December the coming of Yuletide, and the appearance of the Goat Star on Valhalla’s roof.
