BUTTER INDUSTRY

—-—t NEW PROCESS” ' OF GREAT VALUE. Negotiations by a large butter factory adjacent to Palmerston North are at present in train for the rights of an entirely new manufacturing butter, says the ‘‘ Manawatu 'Daily Times.” This process has been successfully demonstrated to the Dairy Besearch Institute members of the Cabinet, and the Boyal Commission. Not only will this process improve the flavour and quality of the butter, but it greatly increases the spreadability and sustains the natural aroma. This process is entirely new and not in any way connected with the vacuum type of packing. It is anticipated that- butter manufactured under this process will command a price on the Home markets at least equivalent to Danish, and it is hoped that further details ofthis important matter will be avafSAde at an early date. t
