WRESTLNG

A DRAWN MATCH. HASTINGS, Friday. A wrestling bout between Oki Shikina and Wong Buk Cheung at Hastings this evening ended in a draw, the contest going the full distance, each gaining a fall. The bout was characterised by very strenuous and particularly clever wrestling. Cheung secured a fall in the fifth found with a body press, following a lively series of flying tackles. In the seventh session Shikina cleverly trapped Cheung, to toss him for a spring hip throw. —(P.A.)
