ROYAL TOURNAMENT OPENED. RUGBY, Friday. The Royal Tournament at Olympia, in which the Navy, Army and Air Force combine to present an annual programme for the benefit of Service charities, and which constitutes one of the most popular features of the London season, was opened to-day by their Majesties.
