ST. MATTHEW’S CHURCH

GARDEN PARTY. Final arrangements have been made for the annual Garden Party under the auspices of St. Matthew’s Church. This function is to lie held in the beautiful and spacious grounds of Mr and Mrs J. I. Perry’s residence, 108 Essex Street, next Saturday, 10th March, from 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. By courtesy of the Principal of St. Matthew’s Collegiate School a very attractive programme of solo and country dances will be a special feature. Amongst other stalls there will be a well-stocked meat and poultry stall. There will also be an abundant supply of cakes, sweets, flowers and produce. The judging of the baby show will take place at 2.45 p.m. Afternoon tea will be served free.
