DISARMAMENT
POWERS AGREE REDUCTION IN STAGES. Press Association Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, Saturday. It is understood that as a result of the recent conversations, Prance, Britain, the United States, and Italy have virtually agreed to disarmament in two stages. The first stage will extend over fouryears, in which no new armaments will be allowed, then a substantial reduction will be made. An important point is that Prance has agreed in principle in effect such disarmament. '
