The “Referee’’ states that Hitler is about to begin an intensive secret propaganda campaign in England and that his. emissary, Otto Bene, lias arrived, provided with ample funds for the Nazification of Britain. MURDER POLICY. (Received Monday, 9.10 a.m.) • BERLIN, Sunday. A coffin containing the decomposed body of Rudolf Mossc, an aged partner in the Jewish, firm formerly publishing the “Berliner Tageblatt,” whom the Nazis assassinated, after a preventive arrest, has been delivered to Mosse’s family. Mosse was wounded five times during the war, and was mentioned in despatches and decorated. The “Berliner Tageblatt,’’ which is now under Nazi control, does not report the incident.
