LANTERN LECTURE
ANZACS IN PALESTINE. “With the Anzacs in Palestine” is the subject of a lantern lecture to be delivered in the Knox Hall, Masterton, on • Monday evening, at 7.45 o’clock, by the Eev. J. D. McLennan Wilson, of New Plymouth, late Chaplain to the New Zealand Expeditionary Force in Palestine. Mr Wilson will speak from first-hand observation of the part played by the Anzacs in General Allenby’s campaign and of the country in which the campaign was fought. The charges for admission will be—Adults 1, children 6d. The proceeds will go to the funds of the Presbyterian Women’s Missionary Union.
