SOLICITOR, BEFORE COURT. NAPIER, Tuesday. A remand for a fortnight was granted when Albert Lionel Bailey, a solicitor, iva.s, charged with having fraudulently omitted to account for £l7 10s, thereby committing theft. "Bail was renewed at £SOO, with two sureties of £250 each; —(P.A.)
