BAND CONCERT

TO-MORROW EVENING. A -concert of exceptional quality has been arranged for the Municipal Band’s fourth concert in the Regent Theatre to-morrow (Sunday) -evening. Theband’s- items are: March, “Sons of tire Desert”; hymn, “Abide With Me” (a new arrangement); selection, ‘ 1 Zamira”; pot-pourri, “Musical Memories”; marches, “ Collingwood” and “Merry and Bright.” Assisting artists are: — Vocal, Miss Marjory Mac-Kay, Messrs .T. L. O’Donohue (a new voice to Masteirton), Seymour Gilding and Bert Vernier. Miss V. Walker is reciting. Items of exceptional interest are the String Quartette and Flue Duet. The* former rendered by Messrs Cam bourn, Larsen, Candy and Russell, and the latter by Messrs Redman and Hunn. The concert begins at S.lo sharp and . late comers can arrange at Mr W. G. Perry ’s to have seats reserved. Admission, is by silver coin, while children to gain admission must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
