SOLICITOR, IN TROUBLE. WELLINGTON, This Day. The Court of Appeal this morning on the application of the Law Society made an sirfehr striking Charles Stewart Leahy, of Auckland, off the rolls of m practising barristers and solicitors JiPwne Dominion. Leahy consented to the order being made. Costs amounting to 50 guineas and disbursements were allowed the Society.—(P.A.)
