AMATEUR ATHLETICS
MASTERTON CLUB’S MEETING. Arrangements have now been finalised for the Masterton Amateur AthItic Club’s annual gathering to be held at the Pack Oval on Monday. Excellent entries have been received and many keenly contested and interesting events should be witnessed. A number of noted competitors from Wellington and further afield will be seen in action and an excellent day’s sport is assured all who attend. The first race will start at 12.30 p.m. In the evening the club will hold a dance in the Municipal Social Hall, at which music will be supplied by the Regent Orchestra.
