BAN LIFTED BY JAPANESE POLICE. Press Association Electric Telegraph Copyright (Received Thursday, 9.55 a.nu) TOKIO, Wednesday. The police have lifted the ban on Communists. Arrests in October totalled 2000, including judges and professors, and a large number of women. Many of those arrested, both sexes, are members of prominent families.
