DOMINION TOURNAMENT. WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Light rain during the night and occasional light showers this morning slowed up the greens for the seventh round of the rinks championship in the Dominion bowling tourney. This did not seriously affect play, which was continued, but- it made a cousiderablo difference to tlie chances of some rinks whom the faster greens to which they had become used .would have suited better.
