BANK ROBBERY
OFFICER ATTACKED. £IOO STOLEN. SYDNEY, Friday. Bank robbers entered the branch of the Bank of New South Y ales at Muswellbrook to-day and threw pepper in the eyes of Mr W. Murray, the only officer present, and also hit him on the head with an ebony ruler, rendering him unconscious. 1 ' ; 1 -i The thieves stole at least £IOO, but a larger sum was overlooked.
