MR GORDON BRYAN
PIANO RECITAL. Local music-lovers will welcome the announcement that a piano recYfal is to be ,given by Mr Gordon Bryan at College to-morrow evening at S o’clock. Mr Bryan, who has already been heard in Masterton, is known to fame as an artist of brilliant gifts and is rated by critics as one of the finest concerto players on the concert platform. His programme for to-morrow evening promises a delightful feast to lovers of good music. It includes three choral preludes bv Bach, two sonatas by Domenico Scarlatti, items by Rameau,' Mozart and Gluck, Haydn’s “Joyous” sonata, selections by Sigtenliorst, Meyer, Moeran, York Bowen, Goossens, Chopin, Rachmaninoff, and others. The charge for admission is Is 6d.
