TERRIFIC FIGHT
ALLEGED ROBBER ARRESTED.
SYDNEY, Thursday.
An armed man entered the manager’s office of a brick and tile works in tho suburb of Stanmore, and forced Arthur Shannon, the proprietor, to sign a cheque for £950. He then decamped. Shannon gave the alarm. Three policemen, after a terrific- fight, overpowered and arrested. the alleged culprit, Charles Rich. Several charges will be preferred against him.
