IRISH GREAT SEAL

LONDON, Tuesday

There was an historic ceremony at Sandringham, when His Majesty the King .received Mr. John W. Dulantv, High Commissioner for the Irish Free State and handed him a Great Seal of solid silver, bearing a harp on one side and the head of the King on the other.

Their Majesties afterwards gave a luncheon to Mr. Dulanty, who has gone to Ireland to-day with the Seal. The Irish Free State is the first of the Dominions to exercise the right to possess a Great Seal constituted by the last Imperial Conference.
