MORRIS 1932 PROGRAMME

The new models for Morris ears have been announced in New Zealand, and there is definite evidence that this Dominion’s requirements have been very carefully studied. All doubts and questions as to the suitability of this range of" British cars tor New Zealand conditions have been answered. '

All models have the latest type fourwheel brakes and triplex safety glass throughout. All bright parts are chromium plated. This applies to interior fittings as well as exterior. The new “Eddyfree” front to all saloon and coupe bodies gives an easy air flowover the roof, silence is enhanced, petrol is saved, and speed is assisted. Moreover, the narrow front pillars of the windshield give a greater range of vision. The tank is at the rear of the car on all models.

The coachwork is indeed elegant. An entirely new radiator, chromium finished, with automatic shutters on all 6eylinder models, lends a new motif to the whole range and adds distinction to the improved coachwork lines. There are a great number of admirers of the old Morris Minor who will find a lot to interest them in the latest model. It really is a beautiful little cai’. The lines would do credit to any high-priced car, there is ample room in the front seat for two six-footers, and it ha 3 a dash and style about it which will immediately command a great host of new admirers. It is fitted with S h.p. side-valve engine, with 3-speed gear box, 4-wheel brakes, chromium finished radiator, longer bonnet and the lines are greatly improved. Triplex glass is fitted throughout. The windows wind up instead of slide. The petrol tank is at the rear, outside the coachwork; an additional safety feature.
