Mr. Mark Gosling, chief secretary of the Lang Cabinet, declared that there is no hope of the Lang Government being displaced till the end of its term of two years. He said the State Labour Party was thoroughly united, despite Press propaganda. MR. LYONS OUTSPOKEN. “REMOVE THIS INCUBUS.” • (Received. Tuesday, 9.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Jn a speech at Sydney, Mr. J. A. Lyons said the Federal deficit will not be more than £1,000,000 in view of savings made under the Hoover plan. ' < We look forward, ’ ’ he said, / ‘ to the time when this unfortunate and tragic Government of yours will have to go to the people of New South Wales. The task of the Federal Government would be utterly hopeless did we not expect that somewhere in the near future you will remove this incubus from New South Wales.
