North Island ewes, 3d to 2 5-Sd per
lb. N.Z. prime ox beef, 160/220, 2Jcl. Compared with last week’s quotations, N.I. Down lambs 28/36’s id lower; 36/42’s, l-8d lower; best N.I. xbd lambs, 28/36’s, I-Sd-lower; N.T. 2nd quality Id lower. Prime ox beef l-8d lower. Others unchanged. There are indications that the market will weaken further next week.
