FOUR RECORDS BROKEN. INTERMEDIATE AND JUNIOR. AUCKLAND, Tuesday. Two intermediate and two junior New Zealand records were broken at the carnival conducted in the Tepid Baths by the Auckland Swimming Centre to-night. In the intermediate vo yards girls’ breaststroke, Miss J. Webster swam the distance in til l-ssec., beating her previous'’ record of (msec., formerly held by Miss D. bowman, of Auckland. In the 221) yards free siyic, N. Crump covered the distance in 2mm. 34 2-ssec., lowering the record of 2mm. 35scc. held by O. Bridson, of Auckland. In the junior 50 yards girls' frec-style, Miss E. Rainey did in Of 2-5 sec., against the 32sec. held by Miss B. Low, Canterbury. In the IoU yards free-style, Miss Rainey swam in Vosec. held by Miss P. Sporle, of Manawatu.
