Two eases of small pox have occurred on the freighter Victoria City, now anchored at Moreton Bay. The whole crew has been placed in quarantine.
The Chief Medical Officer of the Department of Health, Dr. Welch, stated that, as Queensland is an unvaccinated community, its position, in view of a possible occurrence of small pox, was alarming.
