PROGRESS OF SCOTT. Press Association Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received Thursday, 12.5 p.m.) SINGAPORE, Wednesday. The airman Scott has arrived. He is still a few hours ahead of Kingsford Smith’s record. Scott spent the previous night at Victoria Point and left Singapore for Palambang in the afternoon. The airman hopes to take off’from Palambang for Lima to-morrow.
