CYCLE ROAD RACE.

SYDNEY TO MELBOURNE. SYDNEY, Wednesday. The second stage of the Sydney-Mel-bourno -cycle race was 179 miles from Goulburn to Wagga. The Frenchman Mauclair finished nearly ten minutes ahead of his countryman, Bidot, with Opperman, inches away, third. Lamb, who suffered punctures five times, was fourth. The race is creating great interest. Of fifty-three starters, only three so far -have dropped out.
