ANOTHER WORK INSPECTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association). NEW PLYMOUTH, Friday. Professor P. G. Hornell to-day inspected the Mangamnhoe dam the construction of which is in progress as an extension of the New Plymouth Borough Council’s hydro-electric scheme. The work is already far advanced, but the council took the opportunity of the presence of the engineer in the Dominion to secure such an authoritative opinion on the work. A report will be submitted to the council. Professor Hornell loft for Wanganui to-night.
