THREATENS SEVILLE.
RESULT OF STRIKE. Cress Association- Electric Telearaph -CopjrigL (Received Wednesday, 11.35 a.m.) MADRID, Tuesday. Resulting from the general strike declared yesterday a state of anarchy threatens Seville where the shops have been closed and business is at a standstill. There were a number of deaths in clashes with the police and the crowds. Hundreds of arrests have been made. Troops are assisting the police. Martial law may be declared.
