« , PERFORMER LOSES LIFE. NEW YOKE, Monday. Hans Jalin, 35 years of age, a German performer, was killed in a circus when lie lost his balance and fell from the top of a forty feet polo held on the shoulder of his brother Karl, who on seeing his brother start to fall leaped forward and threw himself on the ground as a cushion for Hans, but the latter’s back waß broken, and he died instantlv.
