THEFT ADMITTED.
BANK CLERK’S LAPSE. (By Telegraqih—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Friday. At a sitting of the Magistrate’s Court at Alexandra yesterday, J. A. Simes, a clerk in the Bank of New Zealand at Alexandra, pleaded guilty to the theft of £IOO on November 3rd, 1929, and £520 on February 22nd. Simes was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
