LATEST REPORT. LONDON, Sunday. The United States Pacific fleet in the Orient received a radio message stating that the Graf Zeppelin is flying steadily. The conditions are excellent, and the airship is making 62 miles an hour. The Graf Zeppelin was over Yakutsk, Siberia, on Sunday. —A. and X.Z. P.A.— U.S.
