TURF TOPICS. At the annual meeting of the Wairarapa Racing Club, the report and balance sheet, disclosing the position to be the most satisfactory in the club’s history, was adopted. Stakes up to £BOOO were allotted for the coining year. A recommendation was made from the annual meeting to the incoming stewards that the stakes be increased for the coming year.
