BANKRUPT FARMER.

NOTHING- FOR CREDITORS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AU€KLAND, Friday. Christian ITenry Dale, a farmer, at Te Hana, North Auckland, faced his creditors here to-day with liabilities amounting to £4SSO to secured creditors, his deficiency being £2-180. He calmly informed his creditors that he had spent all the money deliberately, and had nothing for them. The Official Assignee: “You did that so that you would have no money for your creditors?” Dale: “Yes. - ” The Assignee: “ Well, you are quite frank about it.” The meeting was adjourned, for the bankrupt to supply a statement explaining the disappearance of the moneys for which he had not accounted.
