THE LEAGUE CODE. ANOTHER WIN FOR ENGLAND. (Received Wednesday, 10.35 a.m.) ROCKHAMPTON, This Day. In the League game England defeated Central Queensland by 27 to 11 in aii erratic wind. England played only six of the Test team. —Australian and N.Z. Press Association. The final contest in the Wairarapa Rugby Football Championship will be played at the Memorial Park on Saturday, when Carterton, who have a onepoint lead, will play Old Boys. When these two teams met at Carterton in the first round Carterton'gained the victory by a narrow margin. Both teams have been training hard for Saturday’s game which should prove as stated in the advertisement, “The Game of the Season.”
