Men tOrdav are learriNig slowly and with difficulty the lessons that Erasmus Was so well able to teach, and that the people of his own time failed so hopelessly to understand and appreciate. In his lecture next week, Mr Mander will deal with Luther and his achievement, and in the following lecture with Sir Thomas More.
