AERIAL NAVIGATION
A PERSIAN INCIDENT. LONDON, Monday. ■ The “Daily Express" learns that the Persian Government has refused to allow British aircraft to fly oyer its territory, preventing the operation of the Oairo-Karachi service. An alternative route along the Arabian coast will involve a long oversea flight, considerable expense, and difficult negotiations with Arab tribes. The Persian reason for refusal is Britain’s refusal to allow Persian commercial aeroplanes to fly to Bagdad. The “Daily Express" der'clares that these are not really Persian, but belong to a ; Russo-German, company which has obtained an air transport monopoly in Persia.
