SEIZURE OF A CAR.

In the .Magistrate's Court at Alasterton this morning, ALr S. L. P. Free, ;S.AL, gave his decision in the case recently heard of Airs Potangar-oa versus A. E. Fanthorpe, a claim in connection with the seizure of a motor car by defendant, who had advanced money to plaintiff upon the motor car.-
After reviewing the case at some' length, His'"Worship said he was satislied that defendant’s security over the car was void, and that he must paydamages for wrongful seizure and sale. Defendant would be ordered to return the car, or its value, £35, and would be ordered to pay £5 damages for seizing the car. Upon th c counter-claim, judgment would be for defendant for £sl (is ffil.
