In the .Magistrate's Court at Alasterton this morning, ALr S. L. P. Free, ;S.AL, gave his decision in the case recently heard of Airs Potangar-oa versus A. E. Fanthorpe, a claim in connection with the seizure of a motor car by defendant, who had advanced money to plaintiff upon the motor car.-

After reviewing the case at some' length, His'"Worship said he was satislied that defendant’s security over the car was void, and that he must paydamages for wrongful seizure and sale.
