PAHIATUA MEETING-. THE opening day. (Special Reporter.) The Palviatua Racing Club’s- annual meeting opened yesterday in fine weather. Nukumai won the Cup . fl " om Modern and Bright Day, and in the open sprint Buoyant beat First Acre and Bright Knight. The track was in good order, and there was a good attendance.
