ELDERLY MAN KILLED.

WHILE FELLING TREE. (By Telegrauh—Press Association.) DUN EDI X, Sunday. Joseph Harvey, a widower, aged 60, and living at Owen street, Burnside, was killed on Saturday through the butt of a tree, which 'he was felling, rebounding when it fell and jamming him against the trunk. lL 1 v.us killed outright. His son was with him at the time. Mt. J. R. Bartholomew, S.M., held an inquest at Burnside on Saturday afternoon. A verdict was returned that the deceased met his death by being accidentally killed while falling a tree.
