DESTROYED BY FIRE.

PALMERSTON RESIDENCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Monday. A lire early on Saturday evening completely destroyed a two-storied residence on”the Rnngitikei line, just beyond the borough boundary. The building was erected forty years ago by the late Mr. D. Buiek, M.P., whose homestead it was for many years. 'The owner is Mr. Jewell, of Paraparaumu. The building was unoccupied, having been vacated by a tenant on Thursday.. The insurances are not available.
