LATEST REPORT. The directors have been advised .Air Shackelford that the option Messrs Clark and Abercrombie was: signed on June 25th, and prospects are favourable, although the time has been: too short to make a definite statement, lie will telegraph immediately any good progress has been made. Mr Shackelford has sent Ellis all samples and information possible, hut lias not yet heard from Ellis. He has applied for the English patents.
